Creating Folders – Mobile App

FollowMyHealth allows you to better manage your healthcare. Also, FollowMyHealth allows you to better manage your inbox. As you start to get more emails, you may want to create separate folders to help keep things better organized. You can create as many folders as you would like to make sure you stay organized. To create a folder, follow the steps below. 

Android App 

Step 1: Log into the account. 

Step 2: Tap the Menu option and choose “Messages”.

Step 3: In the Inbox, click on the “Folder” icon at the top left.

Step 4: On this screen, click the create “Folder” icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5: You can now create your folder. 

type in your new folder name

iOS App

Step 1: Log into the account. 

Step 2: Tap on “Messages” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: In the inbox, tap on the “Folder” icon at the top of the screen.

Step 4: On this screen, click the “Edit”.

Step 5: You can now create your folder.
