How to Export Records – Mobile App

In the FollowMyHealth mobile app, you have the option to export your health records. You can either export your entire health record, part of it, or just clinical documents. This feature can come in handy if you need to your records to another provider outside of your connected organization or if you are in an emergency situation. To export your records, follow the steps below. 

Android App

Step 1: Log into the account.

Step 2: Tap the Menu option and select “My Health”.

Step 3: You can click on any one of the sections such as “Conditions”. Click on the “Export” icon at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Here, you can choose what you would like to export. You can export your health records or just clinical documents by either email or fax.

Step 5: Once you choose your option, you will enter the email address or fax number. Then, you can choose what you would like to be sent. Once you have chosen what you would like to be sent, click “Send”.

Step 6: You will then receive a warning message about sending your health records by either email or fax. Once you get that message, just tap “Ok”. You will then see a black bar at the bottom of your screen letting you know the email or fax has been sent successfully.  

Exporting Clinical Summaries

Step 1: Follow steps 1 and 2 from above. 

Step 2: For the “Export Clinical Documents” section, you can either download or email them. We will go over both here.  

Step 3: Let’s start with email. Tap “Email”.

Step 4: Select what clinical summaries to email by tapping on the check box. You can choose a few, all, or choose some from within a selected date range. Once you choose the documents you wish to download, tap “Next” at the top of the screen.

Step 5: Next, enter the email address you wish to send the clinical summaries too. You can also choose to encrypt the email. If you choose this option, you will need to create a password for the email.

Step 6: Select which format you would like the clinical summaries sent. Once you choose the format, the email will then be sent.  

Step 7: If you wish to download clinical summaries, tap “Download”. 

Step 8: Choose what clinical summaries you would like to download

Step 9: Once you have chosen your clinical summaries, choose what format you would like the summaries to be downloaded. Once that has been chosen, the download will then begin.
